What data we process
When you book a table we record your first and last name, phone number, party size, the date and time, the table you chose, your language, and — if you give them — any special requests.
An online booking requires an email address, because we send the confirmation and any change notices by email only. A booking made by phone or in person may not include an email address.
We also keep the technical data needed to protect and properly handle the reservation.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data to accept and manage your reservation, to send a confirmation or change notice, and to keep the booking system secure.
Marketing consent
We only send marketing messages after a separate, voluntary consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who processes your data, and for how long
Our website runs on Vercel, and the reservation database runs on Supabase. If we enable our optional email processor (Resend), it sends the guest a confirmation and any change notices. We do not send SMS text messages.
When our team uses a Telegram channel, it receives only a minimal booking alert — the code, the date and time, party size, which part of the restaurant, and a link back into the staff system. Your contact details and any special requests are never sent to Telegram; they stay on the authenticated staff site and in a staff email.
We keep reservation data only for as long as it is needed to handle your visit, deal with any claims, and meet our legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its processing, and withdraw marketing consent. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
